Mastering

Vadz is professionally involved in sound-works since 2000. He has worked at a radio-station for over 9 years, started his own label and built a small studio at home – a place where, except the other magical things, all stuff coming out on Russian Techno is being mastered. His technique is software-only, but he uses very good studio monitors – KRK VXT8 and a precise soundcard – ESI Juli@. His experience in mastering is very strong, and he offers implicit quality at a very affordable prices.

Single track mastering starts from 10 Euro!

Tracks mastering includes: noise reduction (for material recorded using analogue mixers / noisy hardware, if needed), equalization, stereo field correction (if it’s too much out of phase), volume correction (RMS, peaks, boosting/limiting, compression).

Additional surgery and charge will be applied if you need a vinyl-press-ready mastering for your music (please inform about the purpose of mastering because there are different ‘rules’ for vinyl and digital media).

DJ-mix mastering starts from 20 Euro!

DJ-mix mastering includes: volume correction + equalization between all the tracks in the mix, overall volume correction (RMS, peaks, boosting/limiting, compression).

Input formats accepted – WAV, AIFF, FLAC 16 Bit 44.1 kHz minimum. No MP3s please!
Output format – WAV 16 Bit 44.1 kHz industry standard (or the one you need).

You can also include the reference track(s) – to have a clue what you want to sound like finally.

The steps to completion of your master or masters are as follows:
1. Negotiation
2. Uploading of the source files (i usually work with DropBox shared folders)
3. Payment, and finally, usually after 2-3 working days you have the result.
